NPWH Announces the Completion of its First Joint-Venture Clinical Trial

NPWH in partnership with ERA Clinical, LLC (Rutherford, NJ) and Omnicomm Systems (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) announce the completion of their first joint-venture clinical trial. ERA and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health (NPWH) enrolled one hundred  nurse practitioners as Principal Investigators for a Phase IV trial of a medical device used to treat stress, urge and mixed incontinence in women, ages 30 to 70 years. The trial enrolled its first subject in February 2010 and completed 466 subjects evaluable for efficacy and  safety in April of this year. Data collected will measure demographics, safety, tolerability, subject satisfaction and changes in sexual function.  Practitioners’ global assessments were also collected.
